These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RadUnity website and the consultancy services provided by RadUnity Ltd (“RadUnity”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Role
RadUnity is a UK-based educational consultancy providing guidance and student support services related to international education.
RadUnity does not:
deliver or teach educational programmes
award qualifications or certificates
make admissions decisions
act as an immigration or visa adviser
guarantee admission, academic outcomes, or placement
All educational programmes are delivered by independent third-party institutions.
2. Scope of Services
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
academic assessments
study pathway guidance
application support
document preparation guidance
pre-departure and transition guidance
The exact scope of services depends on the level of support agreed following the assessment.
3. Third-Party Institutions
Universities, colleges, and course providers are independent third parties. RadUnity has no control over:
admissions criteria or decisions
course content or delivery
academic outcomes
institutional policies, schedules, or changes
Students enter into a separate agreement directly with the educational institution.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees paid to RadUnity relate solely to consultancy and student support services.
RadUnity does not collect tuition fees on behalf of institutions unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations relating to educational programmes, courses, or institutional fees are subject to the policies of the relevant third-party institution.
RadUnity is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or changes made by third-party institutions.
Any consultancy fees paid to RadUnity are assessed separately and may be non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. No Guarantees
RadUnity provides guidance and support based on information available at the time of assessment. We do not guarantee:
admission to any institution
issuance of offers
visa approval
academic success or progression
All final decisions rest with the relevant institutions and authorities.
7. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to RadUnity are accurate and complete. RadUnity is not liable for outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadUnity shall not be liable for:
decisions made by third-party institutions
changes to course availability or requirements
delays or losses outside our reasonable control
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid to RadUnity for consultancy services.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR regulations.
10. Changes to These Terms
RadUnity reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
